We reserve the right to refuse any order if we determine that it involves the use of an international forwarding service, an overseas shipping agency, or any third party for the purpose of shipping products outside Japan.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or claims for defective products once an item has been forwarded or shipped outside Japan.
We also reserve the right to refuse orders if the customer’s name does not match the phonetic spelling (name pronunciation) provided at the time of purchase.
If a customer repeatedly places orders intended for international forwarding after previous orders have been canceled, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their account.
If orders continue to be placed after such restrictions have been imposed, resulting in additional administrative work, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee (cancellation fee) of JPY 3,300 (tax included).
